When Quality Powder Coating came to me, they were facing a problem I see way to often. Their outdated website wasn’t just visually behind the times, it was broken. Contact forms didn’t work, outdated information misled customers, and frustrated clients had no choice but to call in, only to find the listed number was incorrect. To make matters worse, their previous web developer had full control of their domain, code, and Google accounts, leaving them locked out of their own digital presence - and they couldn't get a hold of them.
They needed more than just a website redesign, they needed a fresh start and a solution that put them back in control.

- Broken code - not cross-browser compatitble
Due to outdated and broken HTML and JavaScript code, the website was no longer cross-browser compatible. Safari was showing mainly the background color. Images, content, and call-to-actions were not displaying correctly.
