Their existing email system that resided in their appointment booking tool was rigid and limited, resulting in frequent customer complaints about missing virtual meeting links, appointment reminders, and essential qualification details.

Additionally, many customers failed to meet appointment qualifications, such as joining from a quiet environment or avoiding distractions like driving.
